Covid-19:
● All staff and patients are required to wear face masks during their visit
● Temperature checks are performed on all staff and patients upon arrival (Anyone with temperature readings above 100.4 will be asked to reschedule)
● Individuals exhibiting covid-like symptoms, such as coughing, sneezing, and fever, will not be permitted to enter the facility
● Sanitation stations are available throughout the facility
● Staff is required to sanitize patient treatment areas and equipment between patients
